The company will be responsible for all internal parts repairs unless due to negligence of operator.
If the chair is damaged due to negligence or mis-handling by my staff, does your company take on the responsibility?
The company will not be responsible for the damage of external or internal parts resulted from negligence or mishandling by the operator.
If the chairs are unable to function well, am I allowed to arrange my own technician for repair?
Clients are not allowed to open any parts or internal mechanism of the chair, failing which the company will not responsible for the cost of repair.
Does your company take on responsibility on external wear and tear of leather parts?
The company will be responsible for the external wear and tear of leather parts but not due to mishandling by the operator or deliberately expose to sunlight.
How many days are needed for your technician to come to repair the chair?
Customers Service responds time – 3 days within Klang Valley / 7 days outstation.
Can I relocate the chair and place it at other premises anytime?
Client must obtain approval from Company on the location to place the massage chair. Client must obtain prior approval before any relocations.
